In Kids

WARMUP: Angry Gorilla Walks 

                  – take two gorilla steps and sprint to end of kids area. Repeat 3-5x. 

FOCUS: -Deadlifts w/ slam balls 

               – Push Press w/ small plate

WOD: 3 Rounds 

           20 seconds of Deadlifts 
           20 seconds of push press 
           10 seconds box step ups 

CHALLENGE: Max overhead lunges in 30 seconds with small weight. 

GAME: “Dragon Tails”

Use towels to tuck in back of shirt- play a game of tag, trying to remove each other’s tail. If/when tail is pulled, player must perform 5 squats.
