Complete the following in order:*
40 Rope Climbs
80 Box Jumps (30/24)
120 Ball Slams (40/30)

*Run 4800 meters as a team. One member of the team will be running, one will be working on the chipper, and one will be resting. Team members can switch whenever they would like; however, someone cannot run the whole time. Should a team finish the chipper before they are done running, they can add one person to the run and that will double the distance.
