In CrossFit Daily Workout

In teams of THREE, complete each exercise starting at 2 reps and increasing by 2 reps each round for 14 minutes (2, 4, 6, 8…………………). Each athlete will start at a different exercise. After the required amount of reps are complete, each athlete will rotate to the next exercise . Teams will continue to rotate through the exercises for the duration of the workout.
