“Pet Rock” — Partner Workout

For time:

400m run, both partners at the same time; one person holds the pet rock at a time

125 situps
100 pushups
75 pull-ups
50 ring dips

400m run, both partners at the same time; one person holds the pet rock at a time

*The “pet rock” is a 35# KB for men and a 25# KB for women. One person does work, while the other person holds the “pet rock”. If the “pet rock” is dropped or touches the floor, each partner has to immediately do 10 burpees before continuing. Reps can be broken up however each team decides.
