In Fit Over 50 Daily Workout

Warm-up:
Partner bike and air squat – one partner bikes while the other does air squats, switch is on the minute for three rounds. 1 round = 1 minute of bike + 1 minute of air squats (per person)

Focus:
Front Squat 5×5 – dumbell or barbell – box where needed

50 box-step-ups and/or jumps
Work is shared and can be completed in any order or way that the partnership agrees upon
