Focus: Push Jerk

We will be learning the last progression the the shoulder press. PVC Pipes will be used and can work with a light barbell if needed.

Workout-

For Completion:
Run 200m
10-8-6-4-2 Push Press
20-16-12-8-4 Sit-ups

You will run the 200m, then do 10 Push Presses and 20 Sit-ups, then run 200m again, 8 Push Presses and 16 Sit-ups, etc.
