15 minutes will be spent on going over pull-ups. This will be anything from strict, kipping, and/or butterfly pull-ups

B.

Use the remainder of the session as an “active recovery” in preparation of the CrossFit Open Workout 17.1. Or, if you’re not participating in the Open, use the time to pick the coach’s brain about whatever you want! :-)
