Teams of three

EMOTM for 12 minutes:

burpees
situps
air squats

Each teammate performs one of the movements for one minute, as many times as possible. When coach yells“switch!” teammates rotate to the next movement, and perform it for one minute, as many times as possible…rotating through the three movements until time is called.

Each teammate tracks their own total reps as personal score. TEAM score can also be calculated.
