In CrossFit Daily Workout

Every minute on the minute, for 21 minutes:

Station 1 – 8 Front Rack Lunges (135/95#)

Station 2 – 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Station 3 – 12 Kettlebell Swings (70/53#)

Athletes will start at one station, and rotate to the next station on the top of the next minute. Athletes will rest the remainder of each minute before moving on. This pattern will continue for the entire duration of the workout.
