Air Squats
50-40-30-20-10 reps

Complete 5 wall walks, then 50 air squats. Complete 4 wall walks, then 40 air squats. Follow this pattern for the remainder of the workout — go as fast as you can while maintaining good form and the appropriate range of motion.
