In CrossFit Daily Workout

CrossFit Open 17.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells

For those of you doing the Open, we will meet at CF Undeniable tonight at 5:30/5:45 to warmup and perform the workout.

THERE ARE STILL REGULAR CLASS TIMES TONIGHT (4:30/5:30/6:30). THE WORKOUT WILL BE SLIGHTLY MODIFIED FOR CLASS. WE WOULD ALL APPRECIATE IT, IF YOU COULD GO SUPPORT THOSE WHO ARE DOING 17.2 AT CF UNDENIABLE AT 6:30. WE HAD A GREAT CROWD LAST WEEK AND HONESTLY, THE MORE PEOPLE, THE BETTER!!!
