“Death by Burpees & Kettlebell Swings”

With a continuously running clock do one burpee the first minute, two KBS the second minute, three burpees the third minute, four KBS the fourth minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Your score is the last minute that you were able to complete all required reps PLUS the amount of reps you were able to complete in the succeeding minute. For example, if you’re in the 11th minute, and you do NOT complete all required reps, but you complete 7 reps, then your score will be 10 + 7. Just treat it like an AMRAP.
