“Kinda Tabata” Partner Workout
Pairs will pick an exercise to start on and will perform the exercise in intervals of 20
seconds on/20 seconds off. One partner will be exercising while the other rests.
After 3 rounds each (a total of 120 seconds) partners will rotate to the next exercise
1. Wall Ball Shots
2. Glute Bridge Marches
3. Bear Crawl
4. Kettlebell Deadlift Jumps (jumps optional)
5. AbMat Sit-ups
6. Box Step-Ups w/Knee Drive
7. Low Plank (forearms)
8. KB Goblet Alternating Lateral Lunge
