“Subtraction”

Five, 2-min rounds w/1-min rest between rounds of:
-Row for (calories)
-KB swings 24/16kg
-Situps
-KB goblet squats 24/16kg
-Double-unders (singles ÷2)

The goal is to get at least 250 TOTAL reps (1 cal on rower = 1 rep). If you get 250 or more TOTAL reps, cool, no burpees. However, let’s say you get a total of 220 reps–you must then subtract 220 from 250. And yep, that comes out to a 30-burpee cash-out. Are ya’ tracking? :-)
