For time:

Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Squats
300 Push-ups
Run 1 mile

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

*Fitness will do “Half Murph” and do jumping pull-ups or ring rows

“½ Murph (w/ring rows or jumping pull-ups.
