EACH member of the FOUR PERSON team must do the following for time:

FITNESS

Row 750 meters
40 One-legged box squats, alternating
20 Hang Power Cleans, 95 /65#

PERFORMANCE

Row 1000 meters
50 one- legged squats, alternating
25 Hang Power Cleans 135 /95#

*Teammate #1 starts at row, teammate #2 starts at one-legged squats, teammate #3 starts at Hang Power Cleans, and teammate #4 rests. Teammates will rotate through exercises in chronological order.
