Partner Workout!

25-minute ascending ladder of:

2 Push Presses w/slam ball
2 Slam Balls
Run 100 meters

4 Push Presses w/slam ball
4 Slam balls
Run 100 meters

6 Push Presses w/slam ball
6 Slam balls
Run 100 meters

One partner completes set of push presses and slam balls while other partner rests. Partners then switch. Once both partners have completed the set, they will complete the run together. Continue this pattern for the duration of the workout.
