7 RFT of:

7 box jumps 20/18″
7 SDHP 65/45#

then…  300 single under on the jump rope

*Each partner does all reps
*Partner one does all reps of SDHP while partner two does all reps of BJ.
*Switch after both partners have completed all 10 reps of their movement.
