Deadlift 5 x 10 (use your final set to determine theoretical 1RM).

*It will be coaches’ discretion whether or not a 1RM is attempted. If a 1RM will not be attempted, athlete will use the 5 x 10 scheme to determine theoretical 1RM (appx. 10 reps @ 75% equals 1 rep @ 100%).
