15 minutes to work on the following:

– Handstands (against wall or freestanding)
– Handstand push-ups
– Handstand walks
– Ring / Bar dips
– Ring / Bar Muscle-ups (progressions)
– Ring L-sits
– Back / Hip extensions
– GHD sit-ups

*You do not need to attempt every exercise listed above. Choose a few that you know you need to work on, grab the coach on the floor, and PRACTICE!

WORKOUT

6 rounds of:

1 minute of thrusters, 45 / 35#
1 minute of sit-ups
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest
