Push-ups
Pull-ups
Box Jumps (24/20″)–step-down recommended
Squats

*Rest exactly 2 minutes between each set (record score [reps] for each set)

B.

Then, after a brief rest:
Every 2 minutes for 24 minutes (3 sets each):
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Box Jumps
Squats

The goal is to match your score for each exercise in Part A. Example: for Part A, you get 20 push-ups, 15 pull-ups, 20 box jumps, and 30 squats. Your goal for Part B is to match those reps for the duration of the workout (you’ll be doing three sets of each exercise in Part B.)
