Skill game: Crack the Egg*

*Three rounds per partner On “GO” one partner assumes the “hollow position” while the other partner tries to “crack the egg.” — they do this by trying to push or pull the egg (their partner), trying to get them to release their hollow position.



Four rounds for time of:
200m plate pinch farmers carry*
10 Candlesticks into pistol(alternate legs)**

hollow rock + air squat

*together partners walk to the 200m and back, taking turns pinching a plate in each hand
**partners alternate, 1 partner rests while the other does 1 rep(1 reps=1 candlestick +1 pistol OR 1 hollow body + 1 air squat)
