In CrossFit Daily Workout
Team 300

Each team is to complete 300 reps of each activity (eg. a team of 6 will require an average of 50 reps each). Once each group has finished 300 reps (TOTAL) on each exercise, move onto the next three exercises.

Round 1

  1. Push Ups
  2. Squat Jumps
  3. Knees up Crunches

Round 2

  1. Oblique Crunches (300 each side)
  2. Squats
  3. Plank with twist (300 each side)

Round 3

  1. Box/Bench Dips
  2. Forward Lunges
  3. Burpees
