*Person #1 does sit-ups while Person #2 rests. Person #2 does sit-ups while Person #1 rests. Then, Person #1 does deadlifts while Person #2 rests. Person #2 does deadlifts while Person #1 rests. Repeat this pattern for duration of workout. Teams will keep a running count of their reps. Team with highest rep count wins.
