Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press

*This workout is NOT for time! Your score will be TOTAL pull-ups completed. The duration of the rest period between rounds is at the discretion of the athlete.

-BP: 15 reps @ a weight that can be lifted consistently all five rounds
-PUs: 15 reps w/band, ring rows, or other appropriate modification.
