When did you start CrossFitting? About a year ago at Big Horn.
When did you first start training at Big Horn CrossFit? Same time
Favorite WOD (workout): I like the HERO WODs – Murph probably favorite so far.
Least favorite WOD (workout): Anything with overhead squats, slowly getting better at them :)
Tell us about your sports and fitness background: Always liked to workout, even tried bodybuilding when I was 16-17 and competed, then left the gym for a long time over the years; did mountain biking, paragliding, but always liked to exercise.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Heard about it from my brother and saw Big Horn CrossFit several times so got interested that way.
Take us back to your first WOD (workout): It was the intro baseline that I remember, thought my lungs were going to explode.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body? I feel much stronger than before and starting to notice some definition, clothes fit better for sure.
What sort of changes have you seen in your life? Always been a driven person but CrossFit helps me perform better in business and makes me happy!
Favorite Big Horn CrossFit moments: Every WOD is a great moment, friends and family was good to see new people come in and great burgers from Brian thank you!
Advice for people getting started? Take is seriously and make time for it in your schedule, it will hurt at first but the rewards are great!
Hobbies, interests outside of CrossFit? Reading, Hiking, business and entrepreneurship, traveling and recently OCR racing :)
