“Death by Kettlebell swings and Sit-ups”

With a continuously running clock, do one kettlebell swing the first minute, two sit-ups the second minute, three kettlebell swings the third minute, four sit-ups the fourth minute… continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.

Kettlebell weight: 24 / 16kg. Use as many sets each minute as needed.
