Death by Pull-ups*

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

*Fitness track has option to use band – strict pull-ups only

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING YOUR LAST COMPLETE ROUND OF PULL-UPS, START YOUR PUSH-UPS ON THE TOP OF THE NEXT MINUTE.

B.

Death by Push-ups

With a continuously running clock do one push-up the first minute, two push-ups  the second minute, three push-ups  the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

SCORE IS TOTAL NUMBER OF PULL-UPS AND PUSH-UPS COMBINED.
