9am – Free workout

Team vs. Team

Team 1 chooses the activity/exercise. As a team, you have 1 minute to complete as many reps as possible of that activity/exercise. There is a 30-second rest, then Team 2 will attempt to beat Team 1’s score (total reps). The winning team has the most reps (team total).

Team 2 then chooses an activity, and the challenge repeats.

This will continue until each team has completed 10 activities/exercises.

11am – Intermediate / Advanced

15 Pull-ups
