We send the Holiday Resource Guide to all of our members, every year. The guide is a very useful and motivating tool to make sure that you stay on track, while doing so in a stress-free way. We like to think of the holidays as stress-free, don’t we? However, sometimes it turns out to be the exact opposite. Entertaining guests, over-indulging, getting that hideous sweater from Aunt Gertrude (again)…yep, the holidays can take it out of us. And all the while, we try to find some way to balance our fitness and nutrition…striving to ensure we don’t “fall off the wagon” and head into the abyss of sugar-packed desserts, pounds of stuffing, and about all the peppermint Schnapps we can take (eww, I hate peppermint Schnapps).
