*Big Horn Kids Class

Big Horn Kids is a one-hour program that provides a fun, supportive environment for your children to get moving and get ‘er done! This class runs parallel to our 6:30pm CrossFit class, and with a half hour of kids fitness, and a half hour of homework help, you can get your WOD in worry free. Rest assured, during that time, your kids will be moving, learning new skills, fostering friendships and getting at that homework!  Exercise is  beneficial to cognitive function; in turn, this provides a positive impact on your children’s academic achievement as well as their physical fitness. 

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm.  REGISTER HERE!

*Bring-A-Friend Days

All classes Wednesday, September 16 – Friday, September 18.

1. Every day and every workout for Bring-A-Friend Days are completely FREE for your friends and family.
2. On the last day, Friday, we’ll be doing an “80s themed” day…time to get a little goofy while getting fitter!


*I99 Fit Gymnastics Seminar – Level 2

Sunday, September 20th, 9 – noon

This clinic is for athletes who are able to confidently perform 5 kipping pull-ups, 3 strict pull-ups, 5 dips, and a kipping handstand pushup. This clinic starts with a 30 minute dynamic warm-up comprised of i99 Fit Core Mobility and Wall Mobility. Next our instructors introduce a unique approach to the handstand push-up that directly translates to overhead Olympic lifts and increasing control directly translating to performing the freestanding HSPU. Finally, we will split into groups and work on i99 Fit L2 skills and progressions on Rings and Bars including bar and ring muscle-ups, and butterfly pull-ups. Bring your camera or phone to capture the moment and share it with your friends. You will be blow away by this experience!
