60-Day Paleo / Lifestyle Challenge

When: July 7 through September 4 (60 Days)

What: 

This challenge is going to be different from previous challenges…it will be based off of a point system. Please refer to the our guidebook for more information, rules, points, and more: http://bighorncrossfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/60-Day-Paleo-Lifestyle-Challenge-Guidebook.pdf

 

Just to be clear right up front…the following items are APPROVED:
- Any kind of protein powder supplement
- Any kind of amino acid supplement (glutamine, creatine, etc.)
- Kill Cliff is APPROVED
There will be three primary “Challenge Coaches” at your disposal: Coach Brian, Coach Kane, and Coach Marilyn. You will be assigned to one of the three coaches — they will be collecting your weekly score sheets, answering any questions you may have, etc.

 

So what about prizes? There is going to be over $500 in cash prizes, and many other “tangible” prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (both male & female categories).

PR Challenge

When: Saturday, August 9, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Where: Big Horn CrossFit

What:

Our PR Challenges are designed so it’s YOU versus YOU. Sure, you’ll be participating right next to your comrades, but they will be there to help cheer you on more than anything else.

This challenge will consist of the following tests:
