After a 45-minute complimentary one-on-one session with coaches Brian, Michael, or Marilyn (where you’ll discuss your goals, questions, and fitness/medical history), you’ll begin your free one-week trial at Big Horn CrossFit.

For six consecutive days, you’ll be able to attend classes free of charge. With a personal coach by your side, you’ll learn how our training methods can help you achieve your goals, and are great solutions for most people’s health and fitness needs.

Every workout you attend will be scaled to your exact fitness level, allowing you to jump right in without fear that you’re “not fit enough” or “not ready” to begin. We’ll customize each class to your needs, altering movements, loads, and times as necessary to give you the best possible experience.
