Outstanding week, everyone! All of you continue to inspire me every day. Your efforts, progress, and dedication are second to none, and impress me week in, and week out.

Most of us have a nice three-day weekend coming up. As a reminder, we will be offering a 9:00 am and 10:00 am WOD ONLY on Monday. Make your best effort to attend, and then go out and enjoy your holiday. Take this opportunity to rest and recover as well. And by recovering, I mean something like the following: go for a light jog, hit a trail and go for a hike, ride your bike to a new destination. Stay active and stay mobile! Active rest and recovery are just as (if not more) important than the workouts. I need to heed my own advice on this one, so don’t hesitate to keep me honest! ;-)

Again, I am proud of all of you! Keep doing the great things that you are doing…enjoy the break, and see you back in the box next week!
