If you can’t make the 9:00 am class, try this (it can be done anywhere):

For 12 minutes, complete the following:

Run for 30 seconds
10 Air squats
Run for 30 seconds
10 Push-ups
Run for 30 seconds
10 Lunges (alternating legs)
Run for 30 seconds
10 Sit-ups

Continue this pattern for entire 12 minutes.
