My beautiful wife got me to come to some classes with her, and to eventually join.
Take us back to your first WOD (workout):
The First WOD I remember was a 50,50,50 workout with everything you wouldn’t want to do in row. I could barely breathe, loads of fun.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body?
I can tell I have definitely gotten stronger, and a little less squishy, overall pretty happy with everything CrossFit has helped me achieve.
What sort of changes have you seen in your life?
I have found a healthy way for my wife and I to compete with each other, and I almost never skip workouts anymore, and I am generally less late to everything.
Favorite Big Horn CrossFit moments:
The end of an absolutely nuts workout when the first people to finish can barely breathe and they are cheering on the people still trying to finish; it’s a great community to be a part of.
Advice for people getting started?
Keep with it and don’t worry about the weight, everything comes in time. Once the coaches get you through form training, your progress will amaze you.
