Have you met Aaron yet? Aaron is one of our hardest working athletes; he’s been consistent, shows up with a great attitude every workout, and is just a fun guy to be around. He has made so much progress during his time with us…and he’s got a killer row (yeah, your 500m time is faster than mine!). Aaron is a 6:30 pm regular — if you haven’t gone to that class, switch it up one week, and meet Aaron. Keep up the amazing work, brother!

Tell us about your sports and fitness background: Football, wrestling, and track in high school.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? My boss first told me about, and I was the one the ended up getting hooked!
Take us back to your first WOD: I actually don’t remember my first WOD.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body? I’ve noticed some positive changes in my body…weight loss and leaner body composition.
What sort of changes have you seen in your life? My life has become better and I have more confidence.
