Have you ever wondered what it was like to lift like an Olympian? Olympic Weightlifting is an extremely fun and rewarding sport, and virtually any age and skill level can participate!
Most classes will start with a general warm-up, before moving on to a more specific warm-up to get ready for the lifts for that day.
Learn critical skill transfer exercises that will help you understand the mechanics of each lift and how to apply them.
For beginners, we require a minimum of four, 1-on-1 personal coaching sessions before participating in the group classes. For more experienced lifters, we require a 30-minute assessment.
The Barbell Club sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am.
