I am a mother, a wife, a meteorologist, an Air Force veteran, and yes…I am a CrossFitter. I found CrossFit in 2007, and I also found my husband. I do not believe that it was a coincidence that I found both at the same time. I have always found joy in helping others, and watching them reach their true potential–CrossFit has elevated this passion to another level. I earned my certification in 2009 and like my husband, I wanted more than just a certification.
I received orders to Kunsan Air Base, South Korea shortly after I became a certified CrossFit trainer. I set a goal as soon as I arrived: I was going to start a non-profit military affiliate. And I did…Wolf Pack CrossFit was born. I discovered so much about myself during that year. I found my inner athlete; I found the inner-athlete in others, and I learned the incredible value of teaching others functional fitness and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. CrossFit makes you believe in yourself; it makes you believe in others. Besides becoming the fittest that I have ever been in my life, I have found the most passionate, caring, and motivated community of people that I have ever met. Is there a better way to live life? I think not.
