Helping our community find, develop, and refine their mental and physical strength and endurance is incredibly rewarding. I get to help people from all walks of life, with their own unique challenges to move better and feel better – how awesome is that?! When people learn the difference between “I can’t” and “I’ll try”- life IS better! I lead by example and work on my health, fitness, coaching, and life goals daily.
In my free time, you can find me training with family and friends at Big Horn, at a local competition, involved in extended education training, in the foothills running trails or snowshoeing, on my SUP, at a museum or live event, knitting, listening to podcasts, reading, or playing music only my son could love on my guitar.
