Thanksgiving Day Team Workout!

This is a 34-minute “circuit-style” workout — the format will be as follows…turkey

Athletes will be divided into equal teams. As a team, complete four rounds of:

1:00 minute stations of:

  • Wall Ball Shots
  • Sit-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Mountain climbers
  • Slam Balls
  • Burpees

In this workout, you spend one minute at each of seven stations, resulting in a seven-minute round after which a two-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for four rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately.
