Over the next couple of weeks we will be recording your height, weight, abdominal circumference, and body fat percentage. This is totally optional; however it is STRONGLY encouraged that you participate. Your “numbers” will be a good baseline for the Whole30 Challenge that we will be doing in July.
Even if you are not participating in the Whole30 Challenge, we recommend that you still record your current measurements. As most of you already know, we cannot stress enough how important it is to track your workouts; and all of our workouts are measurable, observable, and repeatable. At some point, you WILL see a workout that you may have done months ago; however, the next time around your results will be much better…and favorable! The same goes for tracking your food intake, and your “bio-stats”…let’s make your progress tangible!
