Special emphasis is placed on shoulder and hip mobility and balance and alignment. Yoga, like CrossFit, can be practiced by anyone, as it is infinitely scalable. These sessions are open to all, regardless of experience — non-members are welcome, too.

Yoga will increase your flexibility, balance, body and breath awareness, promote faster recovery, and reduce the risk of injury. Our instructor is Yoga Alliance Certified as well as Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certified.
